A plain-English summary of how we handle deposits, refunds, and the return of a puppy.
To reserve a specific puppy, the reservation deposit is 50% of the listed price. The deposit secures the puppy and is credited toward the total. It is fully refundable if you change your mind at any point before pickup or shipping.
Every puppy is covered by our written health guarantee, including a one-year guarantee against serious hereditary conditions.
If you’re ever unable to keep your puppy — at any age, for any reason — contact us first. We will take the puppy back and find a new family ourselves.
Shipping costs, once travel has begun, are not refundable. The puppy’s purchase price remains subject to the terms of the signed contract.
